The whole stuff (restaurant, front desk, cleaners...) are very kind and helpful, they are the ones who are elevating the experience of stay. Breakfast is great. Location is great and there is a tram station in a less than 50 meters away. My room had a street view and it remained silent inside. No noise from the vehicles.

Was totally happy with the room Staff are absolutely great & so friendly. They come across so natural Location of hotel fairly central Lovely restaurant and the bar has a lovely comfortable atmosphere

This is my second time in this hotel, ı am here for business, the location is very good if you re here for the exhibition & fairs. The room & the bathroom are big enough and so clean, beds are co comfortable that you never want to get up. We did not have breakfast at the hotel this time, but I knew that it is also satisfactory.

Friendly staff, a free beer on arrival, free lemon water in the lobby. Currywurst was delicious, cracking city. 2 minute walk to the tram which took ten minutes to the Altstadt

The staff at the hotel are exceptionally nice and very helpful. We have stayed there many times over the years and hopefully will be back again next year.

Nice hotel, close to the tram station. We were staying to watch EURO24 and it is only 45min walk to the Dusseldorf football arena.

Considering location and 4 stars a very affordable price. Unfortunately, since we've arrived late, we had no time to experience any of the hotel facilities other than our room. A very quiet neighborhood just around the corner with lots of options for a Saturday breakfast (bakeries, cafes etc.) - just google it.

For me the best was the staff at check-in/out and breakfast variety of food and service.

Excellent location and close to tram, room very clean and quiet. Check in excellent and room available early. Receptionist took time to explain how to get about on tram which was really appreciated
